Mission & Values

Mission: Capital Partners for Education (CPE) aims to improve the futures of low-income youth by helping them receive a quality education, graduate from high school, and attend and complete college.

To help low-income youth beat the odds and fulfill the dream of a college education, CPE provides a proven combination of partnerships with quality high schools, tuition assistance, and a customized array of academic, career, and life skills development, all of which creates a college-going culture for our students.

Our work is guided by five key values that are integrated into all areas of our work with our students.

High Expectations – CPE has extremely high expectations for our students and we push them to achieve their fullest potential.

Personal Responsibility – These expectations take shape with the idea that all CPE members take personal responsibility for their actions.

Respect – Every person involved in CPE will respect others and receive respect in return.

Support – CPE students are taught to give and get support. They gain the ability to advocate for themselves.

Giving Back – CPE students are instilled with a commitment to service, to give back to help others.
