Capital Partners for Education’s students are motivated to attend and succeed in college. Our students come from a range of different academic backgrounds, but often do not have the chance to receive a rigorous college preparatory education in their communities because of poor public school options. We partner with high-performing private high schools and high-performing public charter schools in the DC metro region, all with strong college preparatory curricula and supportive communities, to help ensure our students are prepared for success in college and beyond.

The process of selecting a high school can be very daunting. We recommend that students and families contact and explore a number of schools before applying. It is important to find a school that is a good “fit” for you and for which you are a good “fit.” Due to the competitive nature of our partner schools, we strongly encourage students to apply to more than one school. CPE does not assist with student applications to partner high schools. Students and families who apply to CPE are required to apply to partner high schools for admissions and financial aid on their own prior to applying to CPE.

Students must meet all eligibility requirements to be considered for acceptance into Capital Partners for Education. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about applying to Capital Partners for Education, please contact CPE’s Admissions and Outreach Office at admissions@cpfe.org or 202-682-6020 ext. 228.
