Scholarships | School Partnerships | Mentoring | Academic Support | Enrichment Opportunities

CPE works with private high schools that have strong college preparatory curricula, a shared interest in CPE’s mission of helping low-income youth receive a quality education, and an ability to offer financial aid, which combined with CPE’s scholarships will defray all or most of the families’ tuition costs. CPE partner schools’ tuitions range from $8,100 to $26,000 per year. CPE provides up to $4,500 in scholarship aid and the schools, in most cases, cover the remaining tuition balance through their own financial aid programs.

A Formula for Success
Once a student is admitted, CPE partner schools agree to send academic reports regularly to CPE staff and mentors. Teachers and guidance counselors take the additional step of promptly notifying CPE of any students having academic or social difficulty. They regularly communicate with CPE’s Student-Mentor Coordinators and help arrange meetings with students, families and mentors. This collaborative approach enables CPE students to get extra help when needed and remain on track towards achieving their academic and career goals.

CPE would like to recognize the following partner schools’ commitment, making it possible for each student to reach his or her potential. Working together, we have seen ninety-seven percent of our graduates enroll in college.
